A wealth of experience in Asia, including the Mekong region!

Japan Economic Research Institute Inc. (JERI) contributes to the economic and human resource development of developing countries through technical assistance (knowledge). Specifically, we transfer to developing and transitional countries the skills required for their economic and financial development.

JERI’s main research activities have long focused on developing countries and ODA loans, as well as support for Japanese companies starting overseas operations.  In addition, we have utilized skills acquired through those research experiences for capacity development of partner countries.
